A Classical/Programmatic Music Composition of mine (done for an exam to be submitted). This piece is separated into two movements, with the first transiting smoothly into the second; this separation had a reason. Because the solemn mood intended to be conveyed in the first movement would lead to an agitated and tensed second movement, the music was dichotomized into two sections for the listener to understand that there was a distinct shift in atmosphere and mood between the two movements.
